About the RoleWe are currently looking for a talented 3D Animator to join our tightly knit group of animators! The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating fun and exciting animations, you will work alongside our amazing team to create visually stunning animations for our upcoming games. Working as a 3D Animator you’ll apply imagination and artistic skill to bring to life our characters and our environments.If you feel that is something you want to get stuck on and learn how to work within the industry, this is the perfect place for you to come and grow. Responsibilities: building up accurate, detailed, frame-by-frame character animationCreate and implement 3D character animation utilizing Blender/Maya.Be able to implement animations for Unity.Collaborate with the team to conceptualize entertaining animation that meets the defined requirements of gameplay.working as part of a broader production team on existing and future projects.Building accurate and detailed animations.Identify and communicate any issues that will improve our product. Skills:You'll need to show: Creativity and uncompromising attention to detailA self-managing style with good time management and a responsible attitude to working with deadlines.Experience and knowledge of Unity is a plusCharacter rigging is a plus in Maya or BlenderAbility to use technical software packages, such as Maya or BlenderArtistic talent and technical skillsA good eye for detailThe flexibility to work on several projects at once. Humanitarian Operations (HOPE) started as a ‘First Responder Disaster Relief Agency’ on September 1st, 2004, when the Bahamian Government became overwhelmed by the disaster and destruction caused by Hurricane Frances.The team has operated and provided much-needed assistance in every major disaster location since its formation, including the Haitian Earthquake, the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, and the floods in India.It is impossible to quantify the number of lives that have been saved.
