We have an exciting opportunity for UI\/UX Designer Developer with an enthusiastic and adaptable attitude to join our rapidly growing web development business in Northampton.

The successful applicant will be expected to have a willingness to provide creative input in discussions with the team as well as company stakeholders, and will be expected to follow and complete project objectives in an efficient and timely manner.
The post will incorporate the main activities of designing and maintaining bespoke website interfaces for our portfolio of customers, new and existing, as well as designing and continual auditing of our internally developed web applications and products as they evolve, to ensure that they meet and maintain standards for usability and accessibility. A strong knowledge of the impact of design on Search Engine Optimisation and mobile device compatibility, in both websites and web-based applications will be an essential consideration for any applicant. * Adobe Design Suite

This is the first position of its kind within our business and the successful applicant will be expected to take a proactive approach in their duties and be confident to steer any changes necessary within the team as well as with stakeholders.
