Position SummaryThe Resource Consultant role sits within the Strategic Sourcing Centre for Aston Carter Consulting and it plays a critical part in the success of our business Delivery model. In this role you will work autonomously to identify, develop and manage an extensive network of active and passive, best-in-class candidates within a defined market. Thanks to your knowledge, professionalism and energy you will build a personal brand within your candidate network and you will be known for your outstanding customer service skills. As a Recruiter you will partner closely with our Sales team to understand our Clients’ needs. You will then use your deep knowledge of your candidate network to effectively source the best profiles for each role and ultimately deliver against our Client’s project requirements. Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and conductAchieve quarterly, monthly and weekly Recruiter targets and objectivesAdopt Aston Carter Consultancy values, ethos and standards, and be an ambassador for Aston Carter Consultancy at all timesLearn Aston Carter Consultancy best recruitment practice and sales methodologyPro-actively generate and qualify candidates that match requirements from our client baseDevelop a candidate network and database for your own vertical marketProactively seeking new ways to tap into, engage and build relationships within your candidate marketResponsible for the relationship management of a 50 to 100 consultants’ portfolioPartnering with Sales and Delivery to gain a clear understanding of Client’s talent requirements, attending Clients briefings where neededConsistently providing great customer service at all timesOwning end to end the candidates’ recruitment process, including: Screening and interviewing, Extending offersContinuous engagement with the bench of consultants you identify and select Education, Experience and SkillsPrevious Sales experienceExcellent internal and external stakeholder managements skillsAble to build strong candidate relationshipAble to foster a collaborative working environmentEnjoys working in fast paced environment with great attention to detailsDemonstrated success in prioritising work and ensure deadlines are metStrong work ethic and initiative to actively seek growth and self-improvement Training & Career DevelopmentOur training programme is well known for producing top billers and we will make sure you have access to the same opportunities that they have all enjoyed.
