Partnership Managers (OTE £50K )
Remote (ideally based in the North of England)

We're currently looking for three Partnership Managers to join our brilliant team and increase our presence within the further education, employer and public sector markets.

Your Role

As a Partnership Manager, you will maximise sales of our pioneering student attraction and recruitment tools within one of the following verticals: further education, employer or public sector.

You'll predominantly focus on generating new business; approaching prospects, spreading the word about our organisation and showing them how our suite of tools can transform their student recruitment strategy. You will also manage relationships with existing clients to drive up-sell and renewal opportunities.

Your role will also involve:

- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest in our solutions
- Strategically developing, nurturing and closing new business
- Delivering a first-class service to clients and driving further revenue from accounts
- Managing your own pipeline and keeping the CRM system up to date

About You

To join us as one of our Partnership Managers, you will need:

- Experience of selling into the education sector, public sector or direct employers
- Previous experience of achieving sales in a face-to-face and virtual setting
- Great written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders
- To be organised and highly motivated
- Excellent presentation skills
- To be a strong collaborator who can build relationships with other teams in our business

You may have previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Rep, Business Development Executive, BDE, Business Development Manager, BDM, Education Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, or Client Relationship Manager.
