Job Description
COULD YOU BE BEHIND OUR BEST-LOVED PRODUCTS?
Do you want to be part of developing products that customers love? Would you like to study, learn and work towards a professional qualification? Join us on our Associate Product Manager Apprentice Scheme and you can do both.
Become a product management expert
What do consumers really want from their products and services? And how can we make sure we’re meeting that need? Join our Consumer division, as an Associate Product Manager, and you’ll learn what it takes to answer to these two critical questions effectively. The role exposes you to lots of different areas, including product strategy and product development. Plus you’ll have the opportunity to work on different kinds of products across connectivity, fixed line voice, mobile and TV.
Build skills for the future
You’ll learn by working alongside experienced members of our Consumer division. By the end of the scheme, you’ll know how to:
- Research what customers want and how they will react to proposed changes
- Advise on which products and services we should launch and when
- Plan tests or trial of new services
- Work with technical teams to make changes to existing products and services
What we look for
Collaborative team players with great communication skills and the ability to take a structured, organised approach. You’ll be working on lots of different projects at once, so multitasking skills are important. You’ll also need to be flexible about how and where you work (which could potentially include working at home). Other things we’re looking for are great relationship-building skills and ideally some experience of using PowerPoint and Excel.
What’s in it for you
A great salary and some amazing benefits. Plus the opportunity to add lots more skills to your locker and complete your Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship: Associate Project Manager Level 4

Salary: £22,500 (rising to £25,500 at the mid-point of the scheme) plus amazing benefits. On successful completion of the scheme, our apprentices typically move into roles with salaries in the region of £29,000-£30,000.
Deadline for applications: 12 April 2021
