Middleton Jones is a growing recruitment consultancy with a proven track record of placing candidates within the UK property and construction sectors.
You will be joining as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within an established market. 80% of your time will be spent on the phone talking to candidates to better understand their careers objectives and presenting suitable opportunities with them.
You will work closely with a Business Development individual to help fill business critical vacancies within our clients businesses. You will also be tasked with generating new business.

Requirements
- Ideally you will have previous sales experience eg recruitment, estate agency, telesales, b2b new business sales, or car sales.
- Experience and happy working within a fast paced KPI driven working environment.
- Ability to demonstrate success in previous sales roles.
- Self motivation and determination
- A proactive and positive attitude
- High levels of energy
