Your Role 
The purpose of this role is to support the UK Investment Compliance Analysts to ensure accounts follow their regulatory and contractual restrictions.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Reviewing data to analyse trends and see opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Uploading investment restrictions from source documents (Client legal agreements) into Global Investment Restriction Database.
  • Assisting the UK Investment Compliance Team with tasks associated with Investment Compliance. This can include oversight of the Hyderabad Team post-trade restriction monitoring and assisting the Analysts with pre-trade queries.
  • Escalating potential issues effectively within the Investment Compliance team.
  • Maintaining work log for Team open items. This includes reading emails / meeting minutes to document required actions and assisting the team to ensure they are delivered.
  • Representing Team on cross functional calls. Taking and sharing minutes from relevant meetings chaired by the Team.
  • The skills and experience you’ll bring 
    You will:

  • Demonstrate an interest in financial markets or services
  • Have strong excel skills including Vlook up and basic macros 
  • Be able to work with data to analyse trends and identify areas to increase efficiency
  • Show experience of learning new systems
