Job Description
Working under the supervision of the Office Manager within our Paraplanner and Administration team, the role involves:
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email
- Logging and scanning correspondence
- Updating and maintaining client databases and systems
- Performing benefit calculations
- Preparing letters, reports, quotations and other paperwork
- Preparing and coordinating mailings and meeting packs
- Liaising with external organisations and insurance companies
- Maintaining accurate records in respect of actions taken, to ensure that the process is efficient
- Carry out any other duties requested by line manager to assist with general office duties and to develop the apprentice to their full potential
