Job Description
Primarily, this role will be working with the Benefits & Mobility Team, reporting to the EMEA Benefits Partner, allowing you to get great insight into employee benefits – a very rare opportunity to get exposure to this specialised and extremely relevant area within HR.
There will be additional work supporting the wider EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) HR Team so you will have a broader exposure to all facets of human resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- First line support for employee queries coming through our ticketing system. Responding and triaging as necessary and escalating to the relevant HR specialist if needed
- Support benefits administration including new hire engagement (sessions, inquiries, etc.), processing enrolments, terminations, and transfers, and coordination with data requests from local partners across EMEA
- Coordinate employee engagement events across the region
- Providing support in projects and initiatives covering wellbeing for employee groups across EMEA
- Leveraging tools and technology, including Workday, to deliver the insights and data necessary to make thoughtful benefits decisions
- Research employee policies across EMEA region to support HR-wide initiatives
- Partnering with the HR Operations team on data-driven analysis and project-oriented work
