Job Description

Gain Healthcare Ltd are looking to recruit an Apprentice for an immediate start. The job role is to undertake a customer service administration role within a friendly team at the head office in Bicester.



Which involves answering calls and assisting with clients. Responding to emails and dealing with any queries. Operating the recruitment database and uploading jobs accordingly.



To provide high quality, professional day-to-day administrative support for the business, including recruitment screening, booking interviews for hiring managers, co-ordinating training for new starters, processing new starter references and DBS checks.



Duties to include:




  • The Apprentice Customer Service/Administrator role, you will be responsible for managing candidate’s compliance documents to enable them to work through our healthcare organisations

  • Using our online interview and compliance document check system, you will consistently chase for documents such as, references, DBS, right to work, education certificates, CV and occupational health results

  • You will follow the strict company policies and practices, support and guide your candidates through their process to work, communicating with them regularly, chase up any missing compliance documents and process their compliance files to be signed off by your manager

  • Other tasks will involve putting together application packs, in-house training, handouts and contracts for candidates to read, sign and complete.

  • You will manage a diary and book in interviews

  • You will assist in the marketing and media campaigns on social sites

  • You will be making phone calls to clients 

  • Each day you will have tasks assigned to you, however, over time you will build confidence in managing your own diary



As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship. Your Apprenticeship will be delivered by Babcock Training an award-winning training provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.



This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you in the workplace on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Future Prospects :

This is a temporary position for the duration of the Apprenticeship with the opportunity of a full-time position upon completion of the Apprenticeship.
