Job Description

Are you a driven individual who is proactive, inquisitive and ready to create a reporting solution that will support schools and colleagues in the delivery of the National Tutoring Programme? Explore Learning are looking to a recruit a Data and Reporting Lead, responsible for ensuring the data and reporting requirements of the project are met.

Our Data and Reporting Lead will drive and develop the process for providing schools with detailed feedback and progress data on a self-service basis.

The National Tutoring Programme aims to support schools in providing along-term contribution to closing the attainment gap caused by school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic, by using high quality tuition to support the children who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and update reporting solution for schools (likely using Power BI)
  • Support with implementing, testing and deploying new features of our digital platforms to optimise the programme
  • Liaise with external developers to ensure digital platforms support programme requirements
  • Record progress and complete project evaluations for National Tutoring Programme partners
  • Report back to National Tutoring Programme Lead and Senior Leadership Team on the outcomes of the project
  • Responding to ad hoc requests to turn data into useful information
Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of managing priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead and drive rapid change

  • Proficiency in any coding languages will be advantageous
Logistics

  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
  • This is a fixed term role, lasting circa 9 months to fulfil the running of the National Tutoring Programme.
  • This role can be fulfilled remotely; the use of your own technology may be required.
  • The working pattern is Monday Friday
