Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Offering friendly companionship and personal support
- Assisting clients with walking, mobility and light exercise
- Planning & preparing meals followed by clean up
- Make beds and do laundry
- Light housekeeping to include dusting and light vacuuming
- Run errands (shopping etc.)
- Provide assistance with bathing and personal care
- Monitor and pay attention to the overall welfare of our clients and report any client changes or concerns to the office
- Form positive relations with family members and friends who also have an input into the daily life of your clients
- Provide medication assistance
- Oversee new staff members through shadow shifts
- Liaise GPs/DNs/OTs
- On Call Assistance when office is closed
- Meeting new clients and introducing them to staff members
- Help in the creation of care plans & risk assessments

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and confidence in using apps
