Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To engage all external and internal customers by communicating in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and responding to all incoming calls in a prompt and polite manner
- Dealing with incoming and out outgoing mail
- Undertake any other task/duties as may be reasonably required
Personal Qualities :
- Good customer services skills both written and verbal
- Numeracy
- The ability to work both on your own initiative and within a team environment
Skills Required :
- You will be self-motivating and able to work as part of a small team, whilst also being able to work unassisted at times.
- You will have good verbal and written communication skills with people from all backgrounds and with people having varying levels of technical skills and abilities
- Proficient use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office including Outlook is required
