Job Description
Your key responsibilities after an extensive training period, will be to support the eSourcing events team.
This would include (again after you have been trained):
- Coordinate / support customer with eSourcing events
- Liaising with in-house consultants and customers regarding new events
- Producing documents for suppliers
- Uploading event details
- Communicating with customers and Suppliers
- Liaising with customer in lead up / during online events
- Monitoring online events and supporting customers and suppliers
- Providing post event support and documentation
