Job Description
Duties will include:
- Creating new product listings across eCommerce channels – Amazon, eBay & Marketplace
- Updating existing listings where product information has changed
- Ensuring listings are correctly synchronised with stock availability in our stock control system
- Dealing with support issues that arise to ensure seller performance standards are adhered to
- Analysing weekly performance data, identifying problems and opportunities, and creating to-do lists to help drive sales growth
- Conducting competitor analysis and reporting on results
- Liaise with colleagues to continually improve the quality of product information
- Dealing with customer service requests to resolve customer issues
- Ad-hoc duties required
