Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.
Winnovation Training was founded in the North East by Claire Pitchford, a Social Worker and care home manager with over a decade of experience in the field. Claire realised that organising high-quality training to meet all staff development needs was a near impossible task for the modern social care manager, and so, Winnovation Training Ltd was born!

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of a Business Administrator potentially available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- To deal with internal and external emails on a day to day basis
- To support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
- To assist in the administration process
- To answer/deal with bookings, referrals, payments and after sales enquiries, via the telephone and e-mails
- To manage diaries and appointments
- To support the control of appointments and retrieve records
- To maintain electronic filing systems in line with organisations policies and procedures
- To be a flexible and supportive member of the team
- To adhere to the local and national Health and Safety regulations
- General Administrative Duties
- Compiling letters
- Assisting on software systems to generate parent information
- Photocopying
- Working on the office reception desk
- Answering inbound calls
- Signing visitors in and out
- Ordering office supplies for the business
- Booking accommodation, vehicles, etc.
- Maintain organisational documents and the document management system
- Deal with email correspondence
- Take accurate meeting notes and update relevant documents as required
- Assist with filing of papers, administration of client files and collation of relevant documentation for internal or client use
- Database - maintaining and ensuring contacts are up to date
Full training provided throughout.
The working week will consist of a routine, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, (with a 1 hour lunch). The weekly wage is set at £187.50, to start.
The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice Standard, with potential progression onto Level 3 upon completion.
