Job Description

Helping both sides of our business within Red Recruitment and our sister company Creative Meta.



Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:




  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

  • Answer questions about products or the company

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

  • Enter and update customer information in the database

  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner

  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business



This is an ideal role, for candidates who wish to make a career in customer care/sales / recruitment.

Skills Required :

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following attributes:




  • Excellent communication skills – Written/Verbal/Interpersonal

  • Not frightened to pick up the telephone and call candidates and clients

  • Confident individual 

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good administration skills



Future Prospects :

There is an opportunity for a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
