A world-class semiconductor manufacturing company at the forefront of technology currently require an experienced Assembly Process Technician to join their team! They have developed a new platform that has the potential to revolutionise certain applications/fields by eliminating some of the constraints of traditional electrical components.
In this role, you will assist Chip on Chip and Chip on Wafer Die Bonder systems. 80% production troubleshooting, 20% developing and implementing programs and applications. To apply for the Assembly Process Technician role, you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- Apprenticeship, High school diploma or equivalent required. BA degree preferred
- Semiconductor and Cleanroom experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Vision inspection systems desired
- Hand-eye coordination with meticulous attention to detail
Please note, successful candidates, must be available for shift work 6 am to 2 pm and/or 2 pm to 10 pm
