Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging replacements and returns with customers
- Assisting customers with any problems with products
- Recording information onto spreadsheets
- Answering the telephone
- Organising files electronically to avoid time consuming paper filing
- Flagging any potential product concerns

- Own transport is essential - the area is not well-serviced by buses, therefore your own car would be an advantage.
