Job Description
To ensure property flow of office procedure and support the Director and office team members by carrying out necessary office duties. Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and other interested parties in person, online and via telephone.
- Answer phone call and direct call to the relevant office team
- Dealing with correspondence via email from clients and tenants
- Inputting job request into our IT system and categorising works and quote requests
- Booking repairs for clients
- Facilitating customer enquiries and quotation enquires
- Reallocating any job that are not completed, to full completion
- Printing relevant paperwork and assisting the surveyor when required
- Assisting office administrator to meet targets
- Allocating order number to team members when required
- Managing office facilities
- Keeping workstation and kitchen area clean and tidy
Personal Qualities :
- We would like to add a bubbly, dedicated and determined member to our team, who is keen to come to work each day and attempt all tasks given to them with enthusiasm
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
