Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an apprentice who will work under our Head of Support providing IT and technical support to our customers.
We are a Microsoft partner, providing support covering IT, cyber security, phone systems and infrastructure.
The Apprentice will handle customer calls on our dedicated helpdesk, log calls and resolve and troubleshoot issues.
They will work with various software applications and systems we provide.
The successful candidate will have a passion for IT and good communication skills as you will need to provide the best possible customer service.
This is an Apprentice position, so the successful candidate will also complete a Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship, consisting of Microsoft Accredited MTA qualifications.
The apprenticeship is 13 months and you will need to be able to attend training days in Central Birmingham or study remotely online.
