Interim HR & OD Advisor - St Helens
We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a HR and OD professional to join a dedicated, fast paced and forward thinking Organisational Development team!
It's an exciting period of change for this business, who employ approx 1500 over 3 sites, and this individual will work closely with and support the OD leads in providing expert advice on a range of HR situations.
To be considered for this role, you will have solid experience in an Advisory level role, with a focus on Organisational development process and Recruitment. You will be CIPD qualified Level 5 or working towards, and have experience in Organisational development project work.
The role:
* Advise, coach, guide management on a range of HR issues.
* Effective implementation of OD policies, reflecting on company Vision & Values.
* Support the Talent lead in Recruitment, retention and apprenticeships Levy
* Stakeholder, Management, and Union relationship Management
* Development of policies and process
* An immediate start is required!
To be considered you must have experience in the above areas and be available to commence immediately for a 6 month contract role!
