Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to work alongside our Warehouse Manager & Purchasing Manager.



The role will require extensive training of our bed frame assembly from our current range and some of our discontinued products.



We are looking for someone with computer literacy as the role will require categorising our spare parts in Sage 50 Accounts Professional along with stock taking, allocating part codes/barcodes to allow other members of the company to easily check if we have parts in stock.




  • Talking to customer and suppliers over the phone or by email

  • Following up customer enquires/queries

  • Providing excellent Customer Services to internal & external customers

  • Filing of client files, updating files name/address changes etc

  • Understand the company’s core values & services

  • You will also be required to spot check new container arrivals and assemble beds to check our suppliers are producing high quality beds for us

  • A daily task for your role will be to monitor the Customer Service requests, pick, package and send to customers

  • You will communicate via email, telephone and mobile text alerts

  • You will also be required to help the warehouse during busy periods and help unload containers and pick orders for despatch

  • This role will require you to be hands on with cartons up to 25kg and 6ft in length

  • Any other tasks required by the company

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Customer Services / Office Assistant to help with the organisation and running of the administrative operations of the company. You must be customer focused - providing excellent customer service and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude towards their responsibilities. Part of your role will be to take on board the role of a First Aid representative for the office. Limelight Beds will provide all costs towards training and this will be undertaken within the first few months of start date.



This Apprenticeship is a work based training programme, which allows employees to compliment the skills that they learn, develop and use them within the workplace with the knowledge gained via input and training from Leicester College.
