What is Audit?
Working in Audit involves examining organisations and ensuring their published accounts provide a 'true and fair' view of their financial position. Today, more than ever, Audit is a function needed by society; with the positive impact it can have on investment decisions and inspiring confidence in public sector expenditure ultimately supporting economic growth.
About the KPMG Technology Audit (Information Risk Management) Graduate Programme
Some of the world’s biggest companies and most innovative start-ups rely on us to provide independent insight, challenge and high-quality audit expertise, which means that our Audit graduates can get under the skin of a variety of organisations.
Our Technology Audit Graduate Programme is designed to offer Audit work experience and the support you need to secure a successful career in Technology. You will develop your technology, process and data audit skills, commercial acumen and gain a flair for business and learn to provide specialist IT audit skills including data analytics. The nature of work is largely investigative; looking at the processes and controls that an organisation has in place to secure data.
You will study for the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB). This qualification provides knowledge and practical skills in 3 key areas: Finance, Accounting and Business
Programmes are available nationwide, including Manchester, Birmingham, London and Leeds

Your qualifications
You’ll need to have, on be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. See specific programme pages for further detail.
