We are launching a brand-new field sales team to support a healthy snacking product activation.

No experience needed, full training provided. If you have experience of in store merchandising and brand activation, fantastic. However, if you not we can help you develop skills within an FMCG environment which may be the start of your exciting career.

Key Responsibilities:

Key to your role is developing excellent in-store relationships with the main decision makers in your area. Utilising data, reports and insight provided by Clear Box Retail Instore, along with your relationship building skills, you will look to:

  • Ensure visibility and availability of the products for each store
  • Work with stores to ensure products are promoted in agreed locations

We have created a number of territories across the M3/M4 corridor region which are on average 10 hours work per week. We see this as two shifts of five continuous hours. If your availability to work is greater than 10 hours, for those living in the right locations we could join two territories together increasing the hours to 20 per week. The days worked each week can vary however they need to be agreed prior to each working week with your Line Manager.

You will receive full support in your role, with regular field accompaniments, training support, online team meetings and a full company induction.

As a Brand Impact Executive working at Clear Box Retail Instore, you will be provided the data and reports to allow you to direct your actions effectively and efficiently in store, maximising client investment.

What you will need:

  • Ideally someone with some experience within a brand ambassador, experiential, retail based or field sales role
  • A keen eye for detail, to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard
  • Driven to achieve objectives to ensure we constantly deliver for our client
  • First-rate organisational skills, effectively managing your store visits and ensuring administration is sent to the correct people, at the correct time
  • To be comfortable with technology – using your company mobile to enter data, view briefs and upload photos
