Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- All aspects of office management / administration
- Keeping office processes up to date
- Supporting the administration of agreed social media strategies (in liaison with advertising company)
- Supporting administration of E-shot campaigns (in liaison with advertising company)
- Preparing quarterly newsletters (in liaison with advertising company)
- Keeping price lists up to date
- Processing enquiries/quotations/invoices/statements and other enquiries
- General business administration and all associated office based tasks that need maintaining
- Assisting other members of the team with tasks (when required)

- Process-oriented/follows directions meticulously/able to work to deadlines
- Professional & confident phone manner
- Keen interest in the boat industry
Skills Required :
- Flair for writing and an excellent grasp of English
- Excellent organisation and administrative duties
- Good standard of typing, spelling and grammar
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Social Media understanding
- Knowledge of web content management systems
- Understanding of web technologies
Future Prospects :
The role is a developing one, and we fully expect further employment prospects once the apprenticeship is completed.
