Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that basic food preparation operations are carried out to the standards required
- Perform basic food preparation, presentation and delivery activities to the customer
- Assist with the maximisation of food GP and minimisation of waste
- Ensure that food preparation, presentation and service areas are kept clean and tidy to the standards required
- Ensure technical excellence for your own area of work
- Ensure full legal compliance, including regular health, safety and hygiene inspections and risk assessments. Adherence with health and hygiene laws. Keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations, recommending and implementing changes where necessary
- Participate actively in induction training, cross training, performance management and development for yourself
- Effective liaison with other colleagues and members of staff as required
- Performance of any other duties/projects etc. as required by members of the Management team
