Job Description

This is a very varied and busy environment and the successful candidate will have the chance to really develop themselves by learning lots about the lettings and property management business. To start with you will be assisting with:




  • Dealing with telephone and face to face customer and landlord enquiries, taking messages or information

  • Processing applications and setting up files

  • Maintaining inventories

  • Preparing documents, letters and contracts

  • Updating our database

  • Preparing marketing material for web content, printed leaflets

  • Assisting with social media and advertising activities

  • Helping to distribute leaflets

  • Liaising with trades for repairs and maintenance requirements

  • Maintaining property information such as gas certificates, insurance

  • Running errands if needed, such as refreshment supplies

  • Working in a legislated environment



You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota shared with the rest of the team. This is an important working day for our business, and you will have time off in lieu during the working week.

Future Prospects :

Prospect of performance related incremental pay increases. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship and additional training in the business.
