Job Description

Based in Padiham, Monkeyfish Marketing have over 15 years' experience of digital marketing specialising in SEO and PPC!

Due to their continued growth, they're now looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Digital Marketing Apprentice to expand their busy and exciting team!

Roles & Responsibilities
Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Marketing Manager with client accounts and strategies
  • Gather briefs from clients and regularly update them on projects
  • Optimise content and page structure in accordance with SEO strategies
  • Create social media strategies, including reporting on the success of campaigns
  • Upload content using systems such as WordPress and Magento
  • Working with analytics to improve on strategies
  • Become educated in Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and other internet marketing tools and systems
  • Communicate with clients and 3rd parties over the phone, via email and in-person

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Monkeyfish marketing.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skill and phone manner
  • Good English and strong grammatical skills
  • Mature and Proactive
  • Experience with video editing
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Grade 4/C GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2 Maths

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £9,750 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
  • 37.5 hours a week
  • 20 day holiday plus Bank Holidays

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
