Job Description
Duties will include:
- Preparing fresh food
- Cooking food to order
- Cover all aspects of service, starters, main courses and sweets
- Ordering stock
You will report directly to both the head chef and manager.
Personal Qualities :
We are looking for a candidate who has a real interest in cooking, eager to learn and able to accept responsibility.
Skills Required :
Some previous catering experience preferred, studying a catering course at college or working towards an NVQ in catering.
Future Prospects :
Progressing to Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
