Job Description
Job role to include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line Technical Support via telephone, remote software, or in person
- Provide desktop support in Windows PC and Server environment including configuration of Active directory/Group policy and server admin roles
- Logging calls, keeping up to date tickets and documentation
- Configuration and set up of software and various pieces of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, phones, routers, switches, servers, etc.
- Take part in IT projects
