JJG are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are confident, outgoing and keen to begin a career in telemarketing.
Your Responsibilities and Duties:
- Making calls to consumers and businesses working from data supplied
- Following scripts provided
- Building customer relations
- Data entry
- Keep records of calls and note useful information on the internal IT systems
- Eventually Working to weekly and monthly pre-set targets
- General administration directly related to the role
- Report back daily
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. JJG Communications already have a handful of apprentices and they are keen supporters of the apprenticeship scheme.

Future Prospects :
