Job Description
To provide administrative support including photocopying, typing and general clerical duties to the department who is seeking an Apprentice.
Confidentiality is essential in this role at all times.
Duties will vary but could include:
- Maintaining stationary stocks and the ordering of stationary as required
- Booking appointments for patients
- Inputting data
- Using IT systems
- Maintaining an accurate filing system
- Internal and external telephone calls
- Provide effective, efficient reception service as required
- Liaising with other colleagues in multiple departments

- A degree of personal confidence and maturity along with the ability to adapt to new situation
- Enthusiasm, commitment and reliability are essential
Skills Required :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and good organisational skills
- Computer skills are desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
