Job Description
We are looking for a customer service operative to undertake administrative tasks and to ensure the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
The day-to-day tasks will include answering phones, using a computer, being the face of the charity on reception, processing, packing and despatching sales orders, using Royal Mail and various courier systems, labelling products, taking minutes in meetings. Supporting the sales and management team. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

- Taking minutes from meetings
- Possible request for weekend work at shows promoting COG and elephant bikes
- Comply with GDPR rules where personal data is used
- Shredding data when no longer required
