Responsibilities- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Report daily and weekly figures, reporting KPI\u2019s and customer conversion
- Educate customers on the brand, using the correct language and product knowledge to the best advice
- Work side-by-side with teams in-store, lead by example and encourage passion for the brand and products
- Build an excellent working relationship with the Bicester Village team and competitor stores

- Keep your line manager up to date with any store news/activities
- Positively approach and acknowledge every visitor in your environment
- 2 to 3 years beauty retail sales experience - Mandatory
- Demonstrable selling skills
- Passion for Skin Care and Beauty
- Advanced Skincare knowledge
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy - Optional
