Job Description

Core Tasks:




  • Maintains Employees Personnel Files in a current and accurate manner, culling duplicated documents where necessary and ensuring that mandatory documents are obtained from the pertinent parties

  • Maintaining removal of leaver personnel files into a separate filling system

  • Maintaining accurate record keeping of Invoices



 Systems and Data support:




  • Registration of new and current Employees’ biometric on Mitrefinch and Bodet Systems

  • Creating personal profiles for new employees on Bodet, HR Manager and Halogen as well as delegating user details accordingly

  • Updates and maintains employees leave records on Bodet

  • Adding all new joiners on to SBI incentive application- Perkbox



 Recruitment:




  • Supporting the recruiting function within the recruiting process including scheduling of interviews, organising travel reimbursement for candidates if applicable, reserving interview rooms and greeting candidates as they arrive for interview

  • Assists with the preparation of Interview/pension/panel packs and the coordination of Interviews

  • Maintaining Recruitment database



 Induction:




  • Coordinating Inductions for the new starters once a month i.e. sending out invitations, tracking invitations and having a follow-up

  • Preparing induction packs for all the new starters

  • Completing paper work with the new starters

  • Arranging lunch for the induction  



General Administration Support:




  • Answer and advice on general queries

  • Carryout scanning, photocopying and Filling when required

  • Answering phone calls and passing on messages



 Other Duties:




  • To perform any other duties as delegated by the Line Manager

Skills Required :

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Good verbal and written skills

Future Prospects :

Many apprentices are offered full time roles as a Junior Associate once they complete their apprenticeship depending on their performance.
