Job Description
To support the Supply Chain Manager with the upkeep of the general administration on the contractor portal and management system.
Duties to include:
- Filing
- Dealing with emails
- Transfer of data to IT systems
- Completing internal checklist forms
- Making and receiving telephone calls with contractors
This role is especially suited for a confident individual. You’ll also need to be fairly chatty, as you need to be able to communicate with a variety of people from the managing director to administrators.
