Job Description
Duties will include:
- Purchase invoice processing
- Purchase ledger control
- Producing payment runs
- Filing invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Help prepare VAT returns
- General administrative duties
- Occasional reception duties
- Working in other departments such as HR and Marketing
- Communicating with suppliers and investors over the phone and email
