Job Description
We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to join our small and friendly team at our Huddersfield office.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to our managers and employees
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
- Maintaining databases
- Communicating with customers via telephone/email/text.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with other departments when needed
- General office duties
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation which is relevant to your post within the company to meet the overall business objectives.

- Confident in dealing with variety of stakeholders
- Able to understand priorities of work load
- Ask questions if unsure
Skills Required :
- Have a little customer service experience
- Good English and math skills
- Good computer skills Microsoft word and excel
- Able to work to deadlines (through gaining confidence)
