Job Description
Duties consist of but are not limited to the following:
- You will manage the social media accounts for our business, this will include promoting our properties, adding things of interest, competitions. We would like you to help build our brand using the social media platforms. This will be monitored on a daily basis. You will be engaging with clients in a professional manner
- You will use our website, manage the properties online using our portal
- We have our own software that is in house including fin plan and Rightmove which you will use on a daily basis
- You will produce digital video viewings and upload these to the relevant sites
- Designing and updating the window displays
- You will be using excel and word on a daily basis
- Taking calls from our clients and dealing with enquiries and using our switch board to transfer calls to the relevant staff as required
- Basic administration duties, including letters and emails, opening the mail and using the photocopier and scanner
- You will work in the Sales team as the Junior and you will be supporting the senior valuer and the trainee valuer
- You will be dealing with solicitors this will enable the sale to progress, help them with queries and to review files
- You will need to be punctual and professional at all times

Skills Required :
- It would be helpful if you are able to use the platforms such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram
- A basic knowledge of excel and word would be useful
- You would need to be confident on answering the phone although we will give you all the relevant training, a pleasant manner is required
- Excellent communicator
Future Prospects :
For the ideal candidate the opportunity to progress onto a Level 4 apprenticeship or secure a full-time position will be available.
