Job Description
Duties will include:
- Taking and making calls to customers
- Taking and making calls to suppliers
- Inputting and preparing data for the companies systems
- Gaining knowledge of items used within the business
- Filing and organising paperwork
- Fast paced response to urgent requests
- Supporting customer returns
- Maintaining health and safety of the warehouse
- Stock management
- Stock taking
- Preparing items for postal delivery
- Use of IT systems to log orders
- Assisting colleagues where necessary

- Good time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Working on their own initiative
- Working to tight deadlines
Skills Required :
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to operate scheduling software packages
- Good skills in written and spoken English
- Good timekeeping skills
- Pro-active can-do attitude
- Good note taker
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
