Job Description
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Helping to raise and process sales orders
- Provide administrative support to internal departments to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Emailing customers
- Printing, photo copying and scanning documents
- Filing
- Making drinks for visitors/some office staff on occasions
- Updating internal information boards
- Greeting visitors when required
