Job Description
Duties will include:
- Working within the finance department to support with invoicing and purchase ledgers
- Welcoming visitors into the school and completing the sign in process
- Dealing with parental enquiries both over the phone and at the school reception
- Producing documents for parents and staff using Microsoft Office and other school software
- Photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Adhering to all safeguarding guidelines & policies
