Job Description
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the wider Engagement Team, as directed by the Engagement Manager, including Conference Centre bookings & promotion
- Assist with preparing and administering College and student events, as directed by the Engagement Manager
- Promote LMC through the use of innovative digital platforms as directed by Creative Digital Marketer
- Respond to queries by potential students and members of the public by providing timely and accurate information, recording this on EBS or other systems as appropriate
- Support the School & Community Engagement Co-ordinator to develop and deliver a comprehensive schools liaison programme
- Contribute to the general duties involved in the day to day business of the department
- Other duties commensurate with the grade of post as required
