Job Description

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:




  • Provide administrative support to the wider Engagement Team, as directed by the Engagement Manager, including Conference Centre bookings & promotion

  • Assist with preparing and administering College and student events, as directed by the Engagement Manager

  • Promote LMC through the use of innovative digital platforms as directed by Creative Digital Marketer

  • Respond to queries by potential students and members of the public by providing timely and accurate information, recording this on EBS or other systems as appropriate

  • Support the School & Community Engagement Co-ordinator to develop and deliver a comprehensive schools liaison programme

  • Contribute to the general duties involved in the day to day business of the department

  • Other duties commensurate with the grade of post as required

  • Competent in use of Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite

  • A full-time position may become available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
