Job Description
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers, forwarders and internal supply chain and logistics
- Processing customer orders on the ERP system
- Monitoring order backlog
- Raising customer invoices
- Logging and following up on customer complaints
- Credit control - fortnightly statements, emails requesting payment, following up on customer invoice queries
- Ordering office supplies
- Time and attendance maintenance
- Arrangement for visitors

Skills Required :
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with Word and Excel programmes
