Job Description
Duties will include:
- Managing the CRM system, keeping it up to date with accurate information to support the Sales Professionals
- Engaging in regular, daily contact with customers and clients via phone and email
- Handling inbound and outbound phone and video calls with international clients
- Using strong customer service skills to maintain relationships and create leads for the Consultants
- Assisting with adhoc duties alongside the team and supporting with admin tasks

Skills Required :
- Computer literate and confidently use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and very good telephone manner
- Very good communication skills both verbally and written
- Organisational skills and to be able to work to deadlines, following procedures
- Able to learn whilst working
- Able to work to targets and deadlines
Future Prospects :
Progression to a permanent position within the Sales team as Recruitment Consultant with further training.
