Job Description
You will be working towards your L3 Business Admin apprenticeship by assisting in a range of duties relevant to your studies, you will also be set aside time to complete your learning.
- Logging and tracking all enquiries that are received by GBE Group
- Coordinating designer resource to ensure new business for GBE Group
- Assisting with producing materials from all sectors of the design and estimating team, ensuring projects are finished on time, to specification, and at the best price available
- Deal with any design team issues, following them through to resolution
- Handling and processing the received information for GBE Converge
- Monitor and update the live project tracker
- Researching alternative management of internal resource tools
- Carry out general administrative responsibilities within the department
- Provide support as necessary to the Design Team where fluctuations in workload demand
- Any other duties requested by the Design and Estimating Team Leader
