They are looking to take on an import Co-ordinator to join their busy and expanding team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, hardworking approach and have the desire to succeed within the role. As you gain more experience within the role the duties will increase in responsibility, enabling you to progress further within the company.
Roles and responsibilities will develop over time but will start off with:
- Booking jobs using the diary system
- Booking vehicles in via email and booking them onto the companies APP system
- General admin duties as and when required to help support the team
- Data entry & database management
- Taking queries from customers & contractors
- Answering and making phone calls to/from customers/contractors,
- Filing
