Job Description
As a Customer Service Apprentice, your duties will include:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail
- Data input and any other general admin and ad-hoc duties as defined by management
Personal Qualities :
- The ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be respectful to team members at all times
- Be an excellent communicator at all levels, via telephone and face to face. Be able to use their own initiative
- Good time keeping and attendance
Skills Required :
- Have the confidence to be able to communicate with customers
- Be able to record issues accurately if dealing with problems or customer complaints
