Job Description
Duties will include:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from Directors and Tutors
- Manage and coordinate diaries for Directors and Tutors
- Checking laptops are fully charged ready for classes and teaching sessions
- Collating session plans from the tutors
- Collate feedback forms from students, parents and schools
- Organise work experience sessions with external Training Providers
- Organise and schedule appointments with company software
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering calls, dealing with emails, organising diaries, welcoming clients and customers
- Provide support to managers and employees, assisting in the completion of forms and various paperwork
- Producing contracts, consent forms and information letters for parents of students going onto courses in the schools
- Preparing materials required for workshops
- Coordinate rooms, registers, laptops and materials required or each location
- Producing invoices and chasing payments
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Liaising with schools and parents

Punctual and presentable.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Future Prospects :
There may be the opportunity of a full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
